Frankie O'Sullivan
With over 12 years of experience as the Managing Director of Ardlea Training Services Limited and 30 years of professional experience, Frankie specialises in developing high-quality teaching and learning materials. Authoring quality materials that build confidence and competence is one of her greatest passions.
Her mission is to provide tailored and accessible education opportunities for learners, with a focus on Health and Social Care, Occupational Health and Safety, Psychology, and various other subject areas. We have collaborated with private providers and Irish training agencies, utilising the clinical experience and skills of our Healthcare training practitioners to enhance standards through effective teaching in Further Education and Training (FET), both in the classroom and online.
Frontline College was established in 2022 to offer a range of accredited awards, including Post Graduate Diplomas, in partnership with OTHM. She is the author of textbooks for the QQI Level 5 Community Health Services course and has self-published textbooks to support delivery of Care of the Older Person, Care Skills, and Infection Prevention and Control.
Her goal is to empower individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals and make a positive impact in their communities. By utilising frugal innovations for education, we can assist providers in effectively governing and implementing their Quality Assurance processes while ensuring a seamless delivery.
